Engr. Dada Thomas is the Founding Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Frontier Oil Limited. He has over 44 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specialising in Process & Facilities Engineering & Project Management.

Promise Egele, with over 40 years’ experience started his career with the Shell Group in Nigeria as a junior Geophysicist / Seismologist. With a career spanning more than 27 years at Shell Group, he served as Head of Evaluation (Chief Geologist), Exploration Manager, and Petroleum Engineering Manager. While he held these positions, he was responsible for the discovery, development and optimization of a number of major oil and gas reserves in Nigeria and The Netherlands.

Wole Adefila started his career as a Seismologist in the oil and gas industry and in 1992, joined Shell Nigeria. In 12 years with Shell, he worked on various assignments ranging from managing complex seismic field operations to sub-surface development.

Prior to joining Frontier Oil Limited in 2012, Mr. Alabi was the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investment Banking at Afrinvest (West Africa) Limited where he managed a team responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of raising investment capital as well as financial and strategic advisory transactions.

Alhaji Bukar has over 46 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His career started with the Shell Group as a Trainee Facilities Engineer and spans a broad range of Engineering and Field Operations management roles which include a variety of onshore and offshore engineering projects in Nigeria, Holland and Australia over a 35-year period (1972-2007).

Tolu Orija graduated from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales with a BSc. Accounting. Following her graduation, she worked in the United Kingdom in various roles for several years. She joined the Accounting Firm of Lerman & Co as an associate and worked there until she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

She has over 15 years’ experience in Human resources management; prior to joining Frontier Oil Limited, she has worked with various organizations as lead HR; she was Head Human Resources &Administration of FUG Pensions (now Veritas Glanvill Pensions), CrusaderSterling Pension and also served as Dep. Manager Human Resources at Futureview Financial Services.
