Mr. Akin Aruwajoye’s experience spans over a period of 46 years in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, with 35 years of it with the Nigeria Agip Oil Company (NAOC) (an ENI subsidiary) where he held several senior supervisory and executive positions in Budget and Planning, Environment & Quality Control, Terminal Operations, Gas Plant Operations, Maintenance, Public & Community Affairs, etc. He retired from the NAOC as the Deputy Managing Director of the company in 2009.
Mr. Aruwajoye’s other board affiliations include Worldwide Oilfield Services Ltd, a maintenance services company which he founded, and Ankor Pointe Integrated Limited, an integrated geosciences and petroleum engineering company.
Mr. Aruwajoye holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Ibadan and has been on the Board of Frontier Oil Limited since 2009.
